2. Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or commercial image processing, subject to the following:

• You retain full ownership of your uploaded images and the processed results.
• You must not use the Service to process illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• Automated scraping of the Service is prohibited without an API key.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bgremover is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
