How does the yearly billing work?

When you choose yearly billing, you pay upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate — saving you roughly 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing periods at any time.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

If you reach your monthly image limit, you can either wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll send you a notification at 80% and 100% usage so there are no surprises.

Can I downgrade or cancel my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in, no penalties.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes! We offer 50% off Pro plans for verified non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact us at support@bgremover.dev with your organization details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

Is my data secure?

All uploads are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Images are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR-ready.

What's the API rate limit?

Free plans don't have API access. Pro plans get 100 requests per minute. Enterprise plans get custom rate limits based on your needs — we can handle millions of images per day.
